How to start your healing journey with anxiety, 7 top tips on how to improve your life by removing anxiety in its tracks!

Anxiety was a phase in my life and because of this I will always have empathy towards others experiencing it.
The NHS are inundated with patients suffering with anxiety, depression etc.
I was on that waiting list for some therapeutic care once upon a time, whilst I waited I decided to take control of my own fate!*
I got the the real truth of where my anxiety was birthed, I then accepted that was the root and then I went on to explore how it affects the way I make daily decision.
Anxiety decided what I’d wear, what I’d eat, where I’d go and who with!
I was truly stuck, well it felt like it at the time.
Here are my top tips
Tip #1 - Acknowledge your anxiety
Instead of adding further worry just accept that you’re experiencing anxiety
